TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Service Overview
Our laundry service offers wash, dry, and fold services with pick-up and drop-off only. We cater to both residential and business customers. By using our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Minimum Order Requirement
A minimum order of $45.00 is required for all laundry services. Orders below this amount will not be processed.

3. Pick-Up and Delivery

  • Our pick-up and delivery service is available 6 days a week, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

  • Pick-up and drop-off times will be arranged during booking, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure access to the property during those times.

  • If access to the property is not provided at the scheduled time, a rescheduling fee may apply.

  • If after hours pick up and drop services are required please contact us.

4. Laundry Weight and Pricing

  • Laundry weight estimates should be based on our provided weight guide, which uses standard laundry basket sizes.

  • The final dry weight of the laundry will be calculated after the wash, dry, and fold service has been completed at our facility.

  • If the actual dry weight exceeds your estimated booking by more than 2kg, we will contact you for approval before proceeding. Additional charges may apply for the excess weight.

5. Payment Terms

  • All payments must be made in full upon the completion of the laundry service, unless otherwise arranged for business accounts.

  • We will auto charge the customer's credit card after the final weigh-in and once the wash, dry, and fold service is completed, and prior to delivery.

  • We accept credit card and online payment methods.

  • Business customers with accounts must adhere to the 7 day payment terms outlined in their individual agreements.

6. Item Suitability

  • We only launder items that are suitable for commercial tumble dryers. If a customer includes items that are not suitable for tumble drying, there is a risk of shrinkage or damage. We are not liable for any damage caused by laundering items that are unsuitable for commercial dryers.

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or rescheduling of pick-up or delivery must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Failure to provide notice within this timeframe may result in a cancellation or rescheduling fee.

8. Cost Per Item Laundering

  • For customers requesting itemised laundering (e.g., specific bedding, towels, or delicate garments), a per-item cost may apply. This will be communicated during the booking process.

  • Itemised services will be charged separately from the standard per-kilo pricing.

  • Customers are responsible for notifying us of any special care instructions for per-item laundering. Items without specific instructions will be treated with our standard processes.

  • Items unsuitable for machine washing or drying (such as delicate fabrics or hand-wash only garments) may incur additional charges or may not be serviced.

9. Damage or Loss

  • While we take utmost care in handling your laundry, we are not responsible for items that are damaged due to wear and tear, manufacturer defects, or improper labelling.

  • We will not be held liable for any loss or damage to items left in pockets or concealed in the laundry.

  • Please notify us of any special care instructions for specific items when booking. If no instructions are provided, all items will be washed using our standard processes.

10. Allergies and Detergents

  • If you have specific detergent preferences or sensitivities, please notify us when booking your order. We use standard, high-quality detergents unless otherwise instructed.

11. Delivery Issues

  • We are not responsible for laundry left unattended once it has been dropped off at the customer’s designated location.

  • Any changes to delivery locations must be confirmed 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time.

12. Loyalty Points Program

  • Customers can earn loyalty points for each completed laundry service. Points are automatically added to your account and can be redeemed for future services.

  • Points are non-transferable, have no cash value, and can only be redeemed for laundry services.

  • Loyalty points cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts and must be redeemed within 12 months of being earned.

13. Gift Card Redemption

  • Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for any of our laundry services.

  • To redeem a gift card, simply provide the unique gift card code during checkout.

  • Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and any unused balance will remain on the card for future use.

  • Gift cards do not expire and are non-transferable.

14. Refunds and Disputes

  • If there are any issues with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your laundry. We will work with you to resolve any concerns.

  • Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the nature of the issue.

15. Business Accounts

  • Business customers may request invoicing or accounts based on pre-arranged agreements. Payment terms for business accounts must be strictly adhered to, and late payments may result in service suspension.

16. Liability

  • Our liability for any loss or damage to laundry items is limited to the value of the damaged or lost item(s), capped at $100.00 per order.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility:

    • This offer is available exclusively to new business customers of Thread and Tumble.

    • A new customer is defined as an individual or entity that has not previously used any services from Thread and Tumble.

    • Business customers must provide registration of all relavant business details.

  2. Offer Details:

    • The offer provides a 50% discount on our standard weighed in wash, dry, and fold services for up to 15kg of linen.

    • The offer is valid for one-time redemption only.

    • The offer must be redeemed within 6 months from the date of issuance.

  3. Usage:

    • This offer can be used only once per customer.

    • The offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers.

  4. Redemption:

    • To redeem the offer, new customers must present the promotional code or mention the offer at the time of booking.

    • The discount will be applied at the time of payment or on the first invoiced amount.

  5. Exclusions:

    • The offer is not applicable to any other services or items beyond the specified wash, dry, and fold services for up to 20kg of linen.

    • The offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation.

  6. Validity:

    • The offer is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance.

    • After 12 months, the offer will expire and cannot be redeemed.

  7. General Conditions:

    • Thread & Tumble reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

    • In the event of any dispute regarding the offer, Thread & Tumble's decision will be final and binding.
